The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and completed the condenser fan motor changeout very quickly. I especially appreciated how they arrived early and finished the job on schedule. Their professionalism and promptness really impressed me, and my house has been comfortably cool ever since. He found and corrected the problem in the first few minutes.
